Scott Alan Maritzer, Designer

Mr. Maritzer has experience in both Institutional and Residential Projects. His School Experience includes Classroom Renovations to Four Philadelphia Schools and Facade Restorations at Levering ES, Morris ES and Newlin Fell ES. He is a Senior Designer on the Forrest Primary Education Center, a new Philadelphia K thru 2 School. He has substantial design experience in conceptual design especially as it relates to programming analysis and space planning. Scott combines design skills with computer expertise and project management abilities. Since joining the office his responsibilities have grown to include oversight of the CAD standards for the office as well as the overall organization and development of construction documents. He has followed numerous projects from conception through construction, developing construction administration abilities.
