RCDH Office Building Renovation

Conshohocken, PA

This former country home was renovated into a charming office building with a dozen private offices. The building due to the change in use was required to integrate a second means of egress from the upper floors. The project dealt with addressing code requirements, providing ADA upgrades, and overall building cosmetic work to revive this historic building to its new use.
