Overbrook Presbyterian Church, Renovations and Restoration

Conditions assessment and restoration master plan for this historic church in the Overbrook Farms neighborhood of Philadelphia. Jim Winkler in his role as Property Committee Chair-man has worked with the congregation to develop a program/use scenario for the facility taking into account the shared uses of the Congregation, the Pre School, Overbrook Farms Club, Alcoholics Anonymous, Overeater’s Anonymous, TWIGS, the Sororities and the Philadelphia Presbytery. A conditions assessment was commissioned under the direction of Mr. Winkler. It was used in the Capital Campaign and now restoration work is underway.
