This project is similar in nature to the façade restoration at Levering Elementary School. In this instance, the water infiltration is caused by improperly designed and installed unit ventilator louvers.
The restoration design included masonry and stone repointing, sealant replacement, and full replacement of all of the unit ventilator louvers.
