This project consists of full architectural services from design through construction administration for 40 new single family homes as part of the Meadowood Continuing Care Community in Worcester, PA. The design consists of the development of multiple residential unit types with finish option packages evoking an English cottage aesthetic of the arts & crafts movement of the late 19th century.
Project responsibilities include the development of the community site layout as well as the design of site amenities such as extended parking, landscape components, and green space. Other extended responsibilities include providing interior and accessibility design services.
