This project is a master plan study for the Bala Avenue Corridor in Lower Merion Township. The nearly completed plan investigates potential improvements in streetscape design, planning, and area zoning. The study is a record of site survey analysis and design recommendations to be utilized by the client group which consists of the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd, the Bala Avenue Merchants Association, and the Township of Lower Merion.
Funding for the study was secured through Community Development Block Grant funds and administered through the Office of Economic Development.
