Specialty Services
Specializing in health, technology and the humanities, the Franklin Learning Center serves 800 high school students in an historic landmark building in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. CWA transformed several older classrooms into a new health care technologies suite to accommodate growing enrollment in the health program. A renovated gymnasium and new locker rooms support student-wide fitness, a fully renovated chemistry lab enhances their advanced science curriculum, and a state-of-the-art conference / multi-purpose room aids Franklin’s participation in the online, blended-learning cohort program. CWA upgraded the cafeteria, designed new hallway lockers, and implemented a new security system with video cameras throughout the school.
