Private Residence in Radnor

The homeowners wanted to add an In-Law suite off the rear of their existing home. In designing the space a sunroom area was included to allow views out into the wooded rear yard. A well designed transitional space separates the bedroom suite with the main living areas of the home. This area provided a zone for passage and privacy but also a wonderful area for some special shelving and skylights. The main room was broken up by adding cathedral ceilings and gestures to the outside. A new deck further integrated the existing home, addition and wonderfully landscaped yard.
