Apartment Renovations at Pine Run

Dotted with historic farm buildings, the lush campus of Pine Run includes ranch cottages clustered around landscaped courtyards and apartments designed for independent living. In multiple meetings, focus groups of residents told CWA what they want in retirement living, and the end result was a new prototype that reflected those preferences. Renovations included a central open kitchen / dining room area; double-height ceilings with dormers and enlarged windows; and additional smaller rooms for work or play.
